  • User Accounts: Secure personal dashboard to manage your bookings, preferences, and communication
  • Messaging System: Direct communication channel with our team for booking inquiries and support
  • Booking Management: View booking status, timelines, and receive real-time updates
  • Document Access: Digital access to booking confirmations, itineraries, and travel documents

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You must not:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Create multiple accounts for the same person
  • Use another person's account without permission

5. Booking Process

5.1 Package Inquiries

When you submit a package request through our Package Builder or contact form, this constitutes an inquiry, not a binding contract. We will contact you through our messaging system or email to confirm availability and finalise your booking.

5.2 Booking Confirmation

A binding contract is formed when we send you written confirmation of your booking (via email or through your dashboard) and you accept our terms and make the required deposit payment.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information. Any errors in the information you provide may affect our ability to fulfill your booking. You can update your information through your account dashboard or by contacting our team.

5.4 Communication

You agree to receive communications from us regarding your bookings through:

  • Email notifications
  • Platform messaging system
  • WhatsApp (if you have opted in)
  • Phone calls for urgent matters

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices before confirmation. Once confirmed, your package price is guaranteed.

6.2 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.

6.3 Final Payment

Full payment is usually required 60-90 days before the first match in your package, or as otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.

6.4 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment providers.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • More than 90 days before departure: 50% refund of total cost (excluding deposit)
  • 60-90 days before departure: 25% refund of total cost
  • Less than 60 days before departure: No refund

Specific cancellation terms may vary by package and will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

7.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of force majeure, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements.

7.3 Match Cancellations

If a match is cancelled or rescheduled by the tournament organizer, we will work with you to provide alternative arrangements or refunds in accordance with the organizer's policies.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
  • Ensuring you have appropriate travel insurance
  • Arriving at venues on time for matches and transfers
  • Complying with venue rules and regulations
  • Your own accommodation bookings (unless included in package)
  • Any personal expenses during your trip

9. Limitations of Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and various service providers (venues, transport companies, etc.). While we strive to ensure quality services:

  • We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers
  • We are not responsible for changes to match schedules or tournament arrangements
  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury not directly caused by our negligence
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your package

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other travel-related risks. We are not responsible for costs that would have been covered by adequate insurance.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or labour disputes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Rugby League World Tours Ltd and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

13. Use of Website and Platform

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
